Within the last six months, Syndeo has doubled its headcount and this includes two new senior hires in marketing and service implementation. This announcement follows on from news of a large consulting contract win with a multinational financial services company headquartered in the USA which is expected to generate significant revenues for the business over the next three years.
Elaine Armstrong has been appointed as Marketing Manager with Syndeo and joins the team with a wealth of experience and expertise in marketing management. She has spent the last 10 years supporting the growth and development of technology companies operating across various sectors with her most recent role as Head of Marketing for a global medical technology firm. As Marketing Manager, Elaine will play a critical role in future business development, taking responsibility for developing the Syndeo brand and driving all company marketing initiatives.
Keith Griffin has taken up a role as Senior Implementation Consultant with Syndeo. Keith’s previous experience has seen him working as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for IBM and Genesys, working on large complex IT programmes for a wide range of customers across the globe. In the last few years he has concentrated on self-service voice and chat solutions, increasingly with an artificial intelligence (AI) element and always with a focus on excellent customer experience (CX). Keith will lead the CX consulting business focusing on growing the team further to meet demand from several global companies already in discussions with Syndeo.
