Syndeo Limited has received support for research and development from Invest Northern Ireland under the European Union’s Investment for Growth and Jobs Programme.

The ’weConnect’ project will be implemented over the next two years, performing research and development activities aimed at improving competitiveness & developing customer efficiencies.

The platform enables business users to create and rapidly deploy business processes which enable their end user customers to engage with the organisation. The core engine provides the ability for the system to “learn” and to utilise natural language processing to ensure the customer experience is as streamlined and as efficient as possible.  Leveraging the Syndeo platform will enable businesses to engage customers throughout the full customer lifecycle. This helps businesses not only provide a high level of customer experience, but also enables them to grow through attracting and acquiring new customers.

This project which is part-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Investment for Growth and Jobs Programme 2014-2020 aims to increase business efficiency.
