The price structure for the Syndeo Cloud Platform is based on a transactional model with the number of interaction sessions used as the unit of measurement.

An interaction is defined as up to sixteen (16) API calls (or what is also referred to as a ‘turn’) to the Syndeo Cloud Platform, whether direct with API usage or via one of the Syndeo connected channels. A second interaction session is started after sixteen (16) API calls.

Depending on the task and design of the flow, the number of interaction sessions needed for an end-user to accomplish a task can vary greatly. We would typically expect an end-user task to complete within one interaction session.

The number of interactions are calculated on a calendar month basis, with each API call deemed as a new interaction when an interaction spans a month boundary.
